Adoption has always been on our hearts even as teenagers and we talked about adoption on our first date together!  So, when we were not able to have any biological children, God made it abundantly clear that it was time to start our family through adoption.  We have been married for 11 years in May and adopted our son JJ in February 2022 at 3 days old.  When we got the call asking if we would like to be his parents- we said yes and never looked back.  Since he came so quickly, we did not have time to apply for grants or do any fundraising, causing us to pay for his adoption out of pocket completely. We feel God has called us to adopt for the second time- and we need your help! The costs of adopting have increased over the last two years and that is a huge hurdle to overcome.  We honestly hesitate to even ask, but we were encouraged by a close friend to allow others the opportunity to help if they want- so here we are! We have loved being JJ’s parents, and we want him to be able to be a big brother! If you have been around him, you know he loves people, and especially other kids! We have room in our home and our hearts to bring another child into a safe, loving home pointing them to the glorious love of our Savior Jesus Christ. We chose the t-shirt design based upon two Bible verses that mean a lot to us, Matthew 18:10-14 and James 1:27.
